Climate Finance Becomes the New Test of Global Trust
Climate diplomacy is entering a more practical phase. Speeches still matter, but countries are now being judged by delivery: funding, adaptation plans, resilient infrastructure, and support for communities already facing damage.
For many developing nations, the climate conversation is also a trust conversation. The countries least responsible for historic emissions often face the sharpest costs of floods, heat, food insecurity, and displacement.
A fair climate agenda will need more than ambition. It will need visible commitments that people can track, test, and hold leaders to over time.
